Resident Evil 4 review

Written by cyborgsaten

An area the wii is somewhat lacking is, of course, games for mature gamers. We have the likes of No More Heroes and Alone in the Dark but all the others have been pretty average. Resident Evil 4 aims to change that by rollercoasting its way up to the top of the wii game pile.

The atmosphere of the game is fantastic, and the game actually scares you, whether its the adrenaline rush you get as a crazed villager weilding a chainsaw goes for you, or the tense first level where you meet the first bad guy.

The graphics are straight from the GamCube version, but there still decent and the music really adds to the atmosphere. The 'zombies' you face are also much smarter in this game and the gameplay is just the best i've seen in a long time.

The controls just rock and its so satisfying getting that headshot. Boss battles in this game are so memorable and some of the best ever. Spanish meany who grows spider-like legs out of his ribs? its all here

Overall one of the best games ever on any console and it needs your attention. Please buy this, screw Umbrella Chronicles, this is the ultimate survival horror game, not only for Wii, but for everything and i haven't even mentioned all the bonus features.

+Fantastic Controls
+Amazing Atmospheric Experience
+Inventive Enemies
+Tons of Bonus Features
-Graphics Show Their Age a Bit
